Beirut, Lebanon, 17 August 2020. Clean up crew tasked with clearing debris from fourteen floors of the blast devatsted Electricite du Liban building, take a break with the blast epicenter visible through a gaping hole where windows used to be. Close to the center of the blast zone, Lebanon's state power provider's headquarters was decimated by the 4 August blast at the Port of Beirut. Just twenty five of a potential 600 people were in the building at the time, due to a staff member testing positive for COVID19 a day prior, necessitating a work from home program while testing was carried out. All twenty five present were either killed or injured.
