A Sunni Muslim Grandmother too sick to flee Badush when the Iraqi Army offensive to liberate the town from ISIS began, sits in her home six weeks later. She and her family are alone in Badush, except for one other family and soldiers who have made the town their base for upcoming offensives on West Mosul. Other than that the town is completely empty. They are surviving on flatbread and tomato paste and longing for a time when the people of badush can return and bring the town back to life again. 1st May 2017
