A Sunni Muslim mother in Badush. 1st May 2017

This lady and her family felt unable to leave the small town of Badush when advised to go by the Iraqi Army as they launched an offensive to liberate the place from ISIS six weeks ago. They could not guarantee civilian safety during the attack, so most families fled. This lady's family stayed because they had so many sick relatives and only one able bodied man.
