St Ephrem Syriac Orthodox Church, Good Friday service, Beirut, Lebanon
Beirut, Lebanon, 17 April 2020. A procession around the church as a few members of the congregation of St Ephrem church broke curfew to observe the traditional Good Friday service during Lebanon's coronavirus lock-down. In previous years up to 1500 would attend, this year most watched via facebook livestream instead. Elizabeth Fitt
