Ksara, Lebanon, 9 April 2020. Women volunteers bake bread at Sawa's bakery, which has given itself over to making 5000 flatbreads daily, at a cost of $12,000USD per month, for distribution to Syrian refugees during Lebanon's economic collapse and the global coronavirus pandemic. Syrian refugee and Lebanese volunteers bake the bread daily and distribute it directly to nearby camps housing Syrians stuck in Lebanon due to the Syrian civil war.
